It all began in 2007 with the first trials of vinifying Châteauneuf du Pape without sulphite or selected yeast. It took several years to bring this project to fruition. The advantage of ‘Sans Soufre’ is that it preserves the expression of the grape varieties and the terroir. More natural than ever, this no-sulphite-added wine is made with respect for authenticity and nature. We use the best grapes from Clos Saint Michel to make this wine.
In 2016, the first cuvée was matured in barrels for a year. A truly exceptional product, only 800 bottles of this cuvée are produced each vintage. .
