APPELLATION : AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Tendance Cinsault CÉPAGES : Cinsault 100% CARACTÉRISTIQUES : Ancré depuis fort longtemps dans la Vallée du Rhône, le Cinsault est un vieux cépage noir à jus blanc. Il entre dans la composition des meilleurs crus, notamment dans l’élaboration de grands vins rouges et rosés grâce à de généreux arômes de fruits rouges et fruits secs. Rarement vinifié seul en rouge, il est sublimé grâce aux excellentes garrigues de Sérignan-du-Comtat qui en font un vin souple, fruité, peu acide et doté d’une grande complexité aromatique. Avec le vieillissement, vous découvrirez des arômes de cerises à l’eau de vie, de roses et de fleurs séchées. La réputation du Cinsault n’est plus à démontrer mais à goûter. -
