We bottle this wine very early, 5 to 6 months after the grape harvest in February or March for sale in the spring. It can be served chilled and is well-suited to aperitifs, salads and grilled meats.

Intense notes of white flowers and fruits (apricot, peach). Pretty greasy wine.
